Herb Sale

Every year, in late April, The St. Louis Herb Society in collaboration with the Missouri Botanical Garden conducts an extensive sale of herbs.

The 2026 sale took place on:
Thursday April 23, 5-7:30 pm (for members of the Missouri Botanical Garden only): and
Friday, April 24, 9 am until 3 pm when the supply of available herbs had been exhausted (open to the pubic with free admission to the sale).

The 2026 sale was located at the Missouri Botanical Garden in the west parking lot in front of the new Jack C. Taylor Visitor Center. The sales area was protected by a large tent.

In 2026 more than 7,200 herbs and native pollinator plants including more than 150 varieties were on sale. At each sale members of the Herb Society are on hand to answer questions and give advice on selecting, planting, growing, and using herbs.

Prior to the next sale we hope you will consider becoming a member of the Missouri Botanical Garden. Garden members can shop on Thursday during Member Event shopping hours. Garden members receive a ten percent discount on purchases on both Thursday and Friday.

To obtain a list of plants that were available during the 2026 sale please click on TSLHS Herb Sale Plant List 2026
