Slaw Dressing

Yield:  About 1½ cups

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/3 cup sugar

1½  teaspoons salt

1½ teaspoons fresh dill, minced

¾ teaspoon fines herbes

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients.

Dill Sauce

Yield:  About 1½ cups

1  cup Greek-style yogurt

3 tablespoons juice from jar of dill pickles

¼ cup freshly chopped dill weed

¼ cup freshly chopped garlic chives

1/8 teaspoon salt

Stir together all ingredients and chill at least 4 hours before serving. Will keep in refrigerator up to 1 week.
