As part of The St. Louis Herb Society's ongoing mission to educate and increase knowledge about the use, propagation, and cultivation of herbs, we offer courses at the Missouri Botanical Garden in the spring and fall. Each seasonal program features timely advice and demonstrations appropriate to the season. Generally included are segments on decorative uses of herbs, practical ways to use herbs, culinary demonstrations (and samples), take home recipes, and "sage garden advice" from the members of the St. Louis Herb Society. Reservations are required and must be made and paid through the Missouri Botanical Garden. Check back on our website during the summer months for information regarding our Fall class presentation.
